Job Description

General Duties: Deliver peer recovery person to person, either via telehealth or in-person, aimed at increasing recovery capital by empowering individuals through strength-based coaching, supporting linkages to community resources and the development of natural supports, supporting engagement in treatment services, and educating customers and their families about the conditions and process of recovery.
Work Schedule: Determined by Educational Institution
Work Location: Dependent on Candidate Preference/Location
Start Date: Determined by Educational Institution

Required Experience
A minimum one year of recovery from substance use, mental health, or co-occurring substance use and mental health challenges required.
Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) or Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) from the ICB required within one year of placement in position. A valid drivers license and insurance required.
