Essential Duties :
- Check clients into the computer as they come in to the clinic and confirm if there are notes / holds for clients in computer. Direct clients to the appropriate department or area.
- Receive patient payments and makes receipts for payments.
- Assure customer service to staff, clients and guests.
- Answer phones and transfer calls from the front desk area.
- Assist in maintaining order in lobby / medication area and support all toxicology services.
Work Schedule : Must work a minimum of 40 hours per week. Monday through Friday 12 : 00pm–08 : 30pm with a Saturday rotation.
Start Date : ASAP
Work Location : 120 N. 11th Street, Springfield, IL
Pay Rate : $16.00 per hour; depending on experience

Experience and Skills :
Education and / or Experience : High School diploma or GED equivalent required ; At least one year of receptionist experience preferred .
