POSITION SUMMARY:
The Administrative Assistant to the Human Resources department will perform various administrative and operational tasks such as calendar management, organizing of meetings, special projects, and to ensure efficient day to day operation of the office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports various projects such as preparation of audit materials, organization of standard operating procedures, and employee engagement events.
- Successful daily office management of the HR Department.
- Maintains filing system, electronic and paper.
- Order management of supplies, uniforms, and other promotional items.
- This position requires a high level of collaboration with other administrative support staff and departments.
- Screens and greets visitors, directing and redirecting based on their request.
- Other responsibilities assigned as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to work independently and within in a team, a must.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications with the ability to quickly learn various other software applications.
- Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. (High School Diploma Required).
- Leadership experience a plus.
