Customer Relations Representative - Dakota Dunes Clinic (Full-Time) 020625
LOCATION: Dakota Dunes Clinic
CLASSIFICATION: NON-EXEMPT – Fulltime (minimum of 35 hours/wk.)
REPORTS TO: Clinic Manager or Business Office Manager
SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE: The customer relations representative is responsible for providing effective customer service to all customers, including but not limited to, checking patients in and out; in depth knowledge of company programs.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES: (This list may not include all of the duties assigned.)
- Greets patients and visitors in a prompt, courteous, and helpful manner.
- Checks in patients, verifies and updates necessary information. Assists patients with ambulatory difficulties.
- Answers telephone, screens calls, takes messages, makes appointments and provides information as needed.
- Checks patients out, making follow up appointments as needed, collecting payments from patients processing them as directed, reconciling money received and cash drawer.
- Maintains work area and lobby in neat and orderly manner.
- Performs related work as required.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Required: High school graduation or GED.
Preferred:
- One year work experience, preferably in a medical office setting.

- Word processing and computer experience.
