Family Health Care is seeking an advanced practice provider at our clinic in White Cloud, Michigan. White Cloud is a beautiful Michigan city located in Newaygo County on the banks of the White River. With an expanding commerce park, rich scenic views, and a small-town feel, White Cloud captures the adventurous spirit of the true North. Over half of the county is in the Manistee National Forest with more than 230 natural lakes and 350 miles of rivers and streams that offer world-class fly fishing. White Cloud is just 45 miles from the popular Silver Lake Sand Dunes and sandy beaches of Lake Michigan and 45 miles north of Grand Rapids.

Founded in 1967 as one of the first community health centers in the nation, we provide medical, dental, laboratory, radiology, behavioral health care, vision, and retail pharmacy services at six main offices located in Baldwin, Big Rapids, Cadillac, Grant, McBain and White Cloud.

Experience Requirements:
- Two years of experience as an NP or PA in primary care preferred, but not required.
- Must be willing to treat newborns and pediatric patients.
Certificate/License Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school for Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- State of Michigan Medical License
- State of Michigan Controlled Substance License
- Federal DEA License
- Board Certified
