About Family Health Care
Family Health Care is a Federally Qualified Health Center located in West Central Michigan. Founded in 1967 as one of the first community health centers in the nation, we provide medical, dental, laboratory, radiology, behavioral health care, vision, and retail pharmacy services at six main offices located in Baldwin, Big Rapids, Cadillac, Grant, McBain and White Cloud.

Experience Requirements:
- Prior experience as Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must be licensed and willing to treat patients of all ages
Certificate/License Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited school for Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
- State of Michigan Medical License
- State of Michigan Controlled Substance License
- Federal DEA License
- Board Certified
