Job Description: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our team at Family Health Care in Boise, ID. The Nurse Practitioner will work closely with our team of physicians, nurses, and support staff to deliver high-quality primary care services to patients of all ages. Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations.
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results.
- Prescribe medications and provide medication management.
- Educate patients and their families on preventive care and wellness strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and professional development activities.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- Current Nurse Practitioner license and certification in the state of Idaho.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
