We are seeking a field based Nurse Practitioner (NP or FNP or PCNP) for a primary care company in Lake Havasu, AZ
Location: Lake Havasu, AZ
Compensation of field based Nurse Practitioner (NP or FNP or PCNP):
- Salary: $125,000-$150,000
- Full time hours schedule (4x10 or 5x8) - Monday through Friday

Responsibilities of field based Nurse Practitioner (NP or FNP or PCNP):
- Oversee the monitoring of patient vitals, symptoms in their home
- Provide recommendations and medication management
- Lead regular check-ins with patients to review medical treatment plan
- Will generally see 3-5 families a day
Requirements of field based Nurse Practitioner (NP or FNP or PCNP):
- 1 year of NP experience
- NP degree and licenses to practice in Arizona
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
