Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate Mid-Level Provider (NP or PA) to join our team at the Family Health Center of Southern Oklahoma (FHCSO) in Tishomingo, Oklahoma. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to underserved populations in a dynamic, team-based environment. This part-time position offers a rotated schedule to ensure optimal coverage and work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide patient care under the supervision of a supervising physician in an FQHC setting.
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and manage care for patients of all ages.
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures within the scope of practice.
- Prescribe medications, order and interpret lab work, and collaborate with specialists when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including FQHC requirements.
- Educate patients and families on health management and prevention.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and meet performance targets.
