The IT Analyst, under the direction and supervision of the Director of Information Technology, is responsible for the setting up and maintenance of IT related systems. The IT Analyst is a professional who provides support and guidance to all areas of FHC operations and IT systems. The IT Analyst will manage the day-to-day operations of the IT Help desk, provide desktop support, and maintenance of the phone environment. The IT Analyst serves as a liaison between the IT Dept, staff, and FHC contracted partners by creating positive customer relationships and environments.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain efficient IT systems to meet business and technology needs.
- Coordinate the daily operations and logistics of the help desk.
- Responsible for Desktop support including PC setup and repair.
- Responsible for setup and maintenance of the phone system
- Provides backup support and administration for Sharepoint
- Provides backup support for Microsoft365 administration
- Provides backup support for maintaining FHC’s network infrastructure.
- Assist with creation and maintaining internal digital documents and forms.
- Work together with various departments to build and implement technology solutions.
- Provide consulting and technical training services
- Stay informed about the latest technology trends and developments.
- Adhere to IT plans, timelines, guidelines, and policies and procedures
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
Bachelor’s or degree in computer science, information technology or related field, 5 years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well in a team environment as well as individually
Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
