Our Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) is seeking an experienced Director of Clinical Operations to oversee nursing, laboratory services, and clinical operations and serve as a backup to the Chief Medical Officer (CMO).
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and oversight of nursing and lab operations, ensuring high-quality patient care and compliance with regulations.
- Provide patients with quality clinical care three days a week or based on the student loan repayment requirements.
- Support and implement clinical protocols, workflows, and quality improvement initiatives.
- Serve as a backup to the CMO, providing clinical guidance and leadership as needed.
- Collaborate with providers, staff, and leadership to enhance operational efficiency and patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with FQHC regulations, Joint Commission standards, and other relevant policies.
- Develop and monitor KPIs for clinical performance, patient safety, and staff experience.
