About the Role:
As our Workforce Development Coordinator, you'll take the lead on full-cycle recruitment—especially for providers like physicians, NPs, PAs, and behavioral health professionals. You’ll use innovative sourcing strategies, coordinate interviews, and even give tours of our health center and surrounding community. But your job doesn’t stop at the hire—you’ll also collaborate on staff retention initiatives that make our team want to stay and grow with us.
What You’ll Do:
- Source and recruit top clinical and non-clinical talent using multiple platforms (really, LinkedIn, PracticeLink, etc.).
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, provide candidate updates, and ensure a positive hiring experience.
- Conduct local tours of our health center and community to showcase why we’re a great place to work and live.
- Work with leadership to develop retention programs, such as onboarding enhancements, stay interviews, and mentorships.
- Track recruitment and retention KPIs (e.g., Time to Fill, Acceptance Rate, 90-Day Retention).
- Represent our organization at job fairs, conferences, and community events.
