Job Summary
The Family Health Centers seeks a Human Resources Director to oversee all aspects of our HR function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing guidance on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources or related field (Masters' degree preferred) - PHR, SPHR, SHRM- PC, or SHRM SCP preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Director or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Experience with HRIS solutions
- Experience with benefits administration, FMLA, LOA, EEO-1 reporting and ACA reporting
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall practice strategy
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and performance evaluation processes
-Administer the employee benefits program including health, dental, LTD, STD, AD&D, 401K, LOA and PTO
- Manage employee relations and address employee concerns
- Ensure legal compliance throughout HR management
- Monitor HR metrics and submit reports to leadership regarding human resources
- Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future staffing needs
