FHSC is looking for a customer service coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and performing routine clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering and directing phone calls in a timely and efficient manner
- Greeting and directing patients and visitors to the correct areas of the clinic
- Providing information and assistance to patients and visitors as needed
- Performing routine clerical tasks, such as data entry and file maintenance
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Basic computer skills and experience with data entry software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in an office setting preferred
