Job Description

FHSC is looking for a customer service coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering phone calls, and performing routine clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing phone calls in a timely and efficient manner
  • Greeting and directing patients and visitors to the correct areas of the clinic
  • Providing information and assistance to patients and visitors as needed
  • Performing routine clerical tasks, such as data entry and file maintenance

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Basic computer skills and experience with data entry software
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-2 years of experience in an office setting preferred
