Caregiver

Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals in need. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering personalized care and companionship. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Duties

• Provide direct support and assistance with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Administer medication as prescribed and monitor patients for any changes in condition.
• Observe and document patient behavior and vital signs to ensure their well-being.
• Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions or preferences while promoting healthy eating habits.
• Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including heavy lifting when necessary.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to all health and safety regulations, including HIPAA compliance.
• Foster positive relationships with clients through social interaction and emotional support.

Experience

• Previous experience in social work or patient care is preferred but not mandatory.
• Familiarity with medication administration and vital sign monitoring is advantageous.
• Ability to assist clients with mobility.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on empathy and patience in caregiving situations.
• Ensure client confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
