What You Will Do:
- Enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets
- Maintain accurate records of transactions, invoices, and receipts
- Assist with preparing payroll, reports and statements
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Process and file documents in an organized manner
- Support the accounting team with general administrative tasks
- Perform other duties as needed to assist the finance department
What You Bring:
- Proven experience in data entry, accounting, or related field
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar spreadsheet software
- Knowledge of accounting QuickBooks software
- Ability to work independently and part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- A desire to learn, grow, and contribute!
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a data entry or accounting role
- 1 years' experience with QuickBooks payroll software
