What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice CNA- (Evanston) position at Family Home Health and Hospice?
We are looking for a compassionate CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant (Aide) who is committed to making a difference in the lives of others to service our clients. Performing tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding, charting, and companionship. This position is Monday through Friday- Hello weekends off!
Qualifications :
- At least one (1) year of CNA experience, home health or hospice experience preferred
- Valid CNA certification
- Experience treating / working with patients with Dementia is a plus
- CPR Certified
