The ideal candidate will have a baccalaureate or master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program and be licensed to practice in Illinois.
Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate patients' therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care
- Instruct patients, families, and caregivers on the use and care of therapeutic appliances
