What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Family Home Health / Three Rivers Hospice?
Family Home Health is looking for a Receptionist. This position is an hourly position, would be ideal for someone with administrative, receptionist, and/or customer services experience.
This is a full-time, Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm position.
Responsibilities
- Answering all incoming calls and directing calls as needed
- Placing office supply orders and managing supply inventory
- Responsible for managing all incoming and outgoing company mail
- Scheduling company virtual meetings and sending out meeting links
- Managing meeting room reservations
- Distributing intercompany courier bags
Acting as back-up in home health referral process (will be trained)
Make patient welcome calls confirming information for visiting staff
- Assisting with other administrative and receptionist tasks as assigned
