We currently have a Full-Time night position available.
Locations: Cedar Park
Hours: 4pm -12am

Summary
The Admissions Specialist supports the organization with coordination of admissions and client financial responsibilities for treatment. They are to communicate with potential clients and Rise staff members to coordinate admits into the facilities.
Duties
· Answers phone calls, emails, website leads, and other means of direct contact and coordinates appropriate client care, or referral.
· Accurately documents clinical and contact information, and uploads into EMR.
· Comprehends and communicates all levels of care offered, and individually prescreens for admissions and referrals.
· Maintains a working knowledge of commercial insurance plans and coordinates admissions appropriately.
· Verifies benefits, communicates potential financial responsibilities to clients and their families.
· Serves as a liaison between internal staff and families, other institutions, referral sources, client advocates, etc.
· Facilitates crisis management and interventions.
· Follow up on all open cases.
· Completes all Other duties as assigned.
· Creating long term relationships with patients to ensure their success.
· Supporting patients through the treatment process.
· Communicating with clients and families to ensure they are following through with treatment plans
Licenses/Certifications
Basic Life Support (BLS), within 30 days of hire.
Education
High School diploma or equivalent
