Join our team as a RISE On-Site Supervisor, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing daily operations and ensuring the seamless execution of our programs. As a leader in this position, you will manage a dynamic team, foster a positive environment, and drive excellence in service delivery. Your expertise will contribute to the growth and success of our initiatives, making a lasting impact on the communities we serve.
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and activities of the RISE program on-site.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Manage and supervise on-site staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations.
- Coordinate with program directors to develop and implement program objectives and initiatives.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively.
- Facilitate training and development opportunities for on-site staff.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to program activities and participant progress.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure program standards are met.
- Collaborate with other supervisors and team members to share best practices and improve program delivery. -
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new staff members.
- Implement strategies to enhance participant engagement and satisfaction.
- Lead meetings and communicate program updates to staff and stakeholders.
Licenses and Certifications
BLS - within the first 30 days of employment
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar operational environment.
- Proven track record of managing teams and coordinating projects effectively.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
