Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and demonstrate a commitment to providing high-quality patient care across various settings. As an APRN, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing, treating, and managing patient health.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations, mental status examinations and formulate accurate diagnoses in accordance with DSM.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Communicate in a positive, effective manner with clients, families and all internal and external providers.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Manage prescribed medications.
- Maintain schedule.
- Vacation coverage for other APRN's.
- Make clinically appropriate referrals.
- Confidentiality and discretion will be maintained at all times.
Experience
Candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- A master's degree or higher.
- Valid APRN license and RN license.
- Active DEA license in good standing.
- Telehealth/telemedicine experience.
- Registration with state prescription monitoring program.
- Proven experience with mental health assessment and diagnosis.
- Proficient computer skills and technical aptitude.
- Participation with CAQH.
- Verified relevant work experience.
- No suspension/exclusion/debarment from participation in federal healthcare programs.
