What are the responsibilities and job description for the Legal Support Representative position at FAMILY LAW FIRM?
Looking for an experienced customer service representative | legal assistant | to work 20- 40 hours per week.
PAY COMMENSURATE ON EXPERIENCE
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 1 year of customer service is required.
- Experience in a law office is preferred.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Answer multi-line telephone calls in a professional manner.
- Scheduling appointments. Calendaring.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and potential clients via email and phone.
Essential Skills and Abilities
- Excellent customer service and communication skills (written, verbal, phone, and email)

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour
