Primary Duties
- Answer, screen and direct calls in a professional, welcoming manner.
- Run regular office errands as needed, up to daily.
- Greet and welcome incoming guests.
- Provide general administrative support to staff.
- Receive, sort and deliver mail.
- Handle calendar and scheduling for Executives.
- Maintain office calendar for meetings.
- Maintain and order supplies for the office and kitchen.
- Prepare and ship outgoing packages and mail.
- Assist with client requests or paperwork
- Other duties as assigned.
- Associates degree in Office Administration, Accounting, or related field, preferred.
- 2-3 years of consistent work experience, preferably in an office environment.
- Basic understanding of bookkeeping, preferred.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Data entry skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- MS Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and above average computer literacy.
- FoxIt, Adobe, or other pdf software
- Ability to prioritize tasks with little supervision.
