What are the responsibilities and job description for the LPN - Home Healthcare - St. Augustine - URGENT position at Family Life Care?
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate LPNs to provide one-on-one care for our patients. As an LPN at Family Life Care, you will play a vital role in managing the care of our patients by providing compassionate and professional care in the comfort of their own home. FLC is proud to serve our entire community from children to senior citizens.
You will have the opportunity to choose from various assignments, such as long-term care or assisting with recovery from an injury or illness. FLC works with you to build your work schedule around your needs.
LPNs at FLC perform many duties in our patient's homes such as,
- Performing medical care in the home as assigned by an RN.
- Helping the patients remain at home in a safe, comfortable and healthy environment by performing tasks such as administration of medication, feeding, and other care as needed per patient's plan of care.
- Communicate any changes affecting the patient's medical condition and needs with other team members and family members.
- Keeping records of all tasks performed and the patient's overall health and behavioral status.
Requirements
- Current Florida LPN license
- Current CPR Certification
- Driver's License and Vehicle Insurance
- Current TB test with negative results
- Ability to pass a Level II background check
