- Follow up on unpaid claims and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.
- Maintain organized medical records and documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to clarify any information necessary for accurate coding.
- Stay updated on changes in medical billing regulations and coding standards to ensure compliance.
- Assist in the collection of payments from patients and insurance companies as needed.
