Medical Equipment Company seeks a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Marketing and Front End Department. Previous experience with marketing is a PLUS but is NOT mandatory. We will train the right candidate! Candidate MUST be outgoing, friendly, professional, and a quick learner!!
Job description includes marketing and front end responsibilities: marketing, insurance verification, eligibility, processing leads/referrals, data entry into our computer system, answering telephones, calling doctor's office, patients, and referral sources, filing charts, and other miscellaneous office duties. We will train the right candidate!
Position is part-time. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. Hourly rate is $13-$16 depending on experience.
No time off during the 90 day probationary period.
