Duties
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and drive revenue growth.

- Manage the sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance evaluations to enhance productivity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through effective account management.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales performance, forecast future sales, and manage customer interactions.
