Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and responsible Babysitter/Nanny to provide exceptional care for children in a nurturing and safe environment. The ideal candidate will have experience with toddlers and school-aged children, demonstrating a strong commitment to their well-being and development. This role requires someone who is attentive, reliable, and capable of engaging children in fun and educational activities.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and ensure the safety of children at all times.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Assist with daily routines including school pick up, occasional meal preparation, feeding, bathing, and dressing.
- Provide nurturing care while maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's daily activities and any concerns.
- Administer first aid when necessary and maintain a first aid kit for emergencies.
- Support children's emotional needs through positive reinforcement and encouragement.
Skills
- Proven experience in babysitting or nannying with references available.
- Strong caregiving skills with the ability to handle various age groups including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR techniques is highly desirable.
- Ability to create engaging activities that foster learning through play.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both children and parents.
- A clean background check is required to ensure the safety of the children under care.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate the family's needs.
Required: Must have reliable transportation and the ability to follow a sometimes complicated schedule and get the girls to things like practice, dance, school, and church on time on a regular basis.

Pay: $150.00 - $200.00 per week
Expected hours: 10 per week
