Family Nest ABA Therapy is a BCBA owned company providing completely individualized in-home ABA therapy. As a private practice we are committed to providing incredible individualized support. We strive to become a integral part of each families nest and create a lasting positive impact on the families we serve.
We treat out practice like a private practice in that we seek to empower the BCBAs on our team to determine individual clients needs and explore creatively in what services look like for each client.
Compensation is hourly and has a fee split of 70/30.
For BCBA candidates who are currently seeking to become a BCBA, supervision is available.
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in applied behavior analysis and a passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing guidance to staff and families to ensure effective implementation of behavioral interventions.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the needs of clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results, incorporating evidence-based practices in applied behavior analysis.
- Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Provide training and support to staff, caregivers, and families on the implementation of behavior intervention strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and records in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for clients, including communication with other healthcare professionals.
- Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health and special education to enhance service delivery.
