Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and compassionate Estate Solution Specialist to assist in the setup and execution of estate sales, senior relocations, property cleanouts, downsizing projects, and home organization. This role requires a heart for seniors, have excellent organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for helping others during transitional times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing, staging, and pricing items for estate sales.
- Help coordinate and facilitate senior relocations, ensuring a smooth transition.
- Support property cleanouts, including sorting, packing, and removal of items.
- Provide guidance and hands-on assistance with downsizing and decluttering.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and sensitivity when working with clients and their families.
- Coordinate with donation centers, and disposal services as needed.
- Ensure estate sale events run smoothly, assisting customers and managing transactions.
Qualifications:
- Experience with the senior poplation.
- Experience in estate sales, senior relocation, professional organizing, or related fields is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move furniture or other household items as needed.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Compassionate and patient when working with seniors and families in transition.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations.
