Position : Part time- 20 hours
Salary : $36,000-49,00 base commission based on performance
Position Summary :
We are seeking a compassionate and driven Nurse Liaison (RN) to support business development and referral initiatives across the company.
Reporting to the VP of Business Development, this role collaborates with internal teams and engages with external referral partners, potential clients, and existing clients.
This position combines clinical expertise with relationship-building skills to expand our presence in the community and support clients' home care needs.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development :
- Conduct blood pressure screenings and "Ask the Nurse" programs at senior living communities to enhance the company’s visibility, develop relationships with residents, and identify home care needs.
- Partner with MedStar Montgomery to perform “Nurse Safety Visits” per partnership agreements and provide detailed reports to hospital staff.
- Create and deliver educational presentations at senior living communities tailored to their unique needs.
- Represent the company at conferences, networking events, and sales appointments to support referral and relationship-building efforts.
