Details about this opportunity:
- Full Time or Fee for Service, Flexible scheduling available!
- Monday-Friday, 9am-2:30pm (all students ungraded, ages 3-21)
- 10-month consolidated schedule
- Working with school aged children
- Position available near Larchmont, NY
- Fee for Service Compensation: $60-$100 / hour service
- Please note this is a range. Rates are determined by service provided, professional experience and license/certifications held
- Full-Time Compensation: $75,000-$85,000

Responsibilities:
- The Physical Therapist will design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on your caseload.
- Administer and write up physical therapy evaluations.
- The Physical Therapist has to have ongoing communication with lead supervisors & coordinators, specifically related to case management.
- Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals.
- Physical Therapist must maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs.
- Create and maintain a schedule with assigned individual families/school personnel.
- Collect data on each IFSP/IEP goal and reports on progress quarterly.
- Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews.

- Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Physical Therapy
- Current New York State Physical Therapy License
