We are seeking an ambitious Chief of Staff to support a high-net-worth couple in a dynamic and multifaceted role. This unique opportunity offers a blend of responsibilities including estate management, event planning, family travel coordination, and more.
Responsibilities:
As the Chief of Staff, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the family’s household operations, personal affairs, and special projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Estate Management: Overseeing the management and organization of the couple's home, including property maintenance, vendor management, and financial administration.
- Private Financial and Administrative Oversight: Handling administrative aspects of household finances, including maintaining records, reviewing invoices, and ensuring the smooth handling of household and personal accounts.
- Household Staff Oversight: Managing household staff, ensuring roles and responsibilities are executed efficiently while maintaining a well-organized and harmonious environment.
- Family Travel: Planning and coordinating family travel arrangements, including itineraries, reservations, and logistics. Ensuring that all travel needs are met efficiently and comfortably.
- Event Coordination: Planning and coordinating events of all sizes, from intimate family dinners on-site to large functions requiring coordination with event planners and vendors. Some events will require on-site execution.
- Schedule: The position requires 40 hours per week on site at the couple’s residence. Occasionally, urgent matters or events will require additional responsiveness.
- Confidentiality: Acting as a trusted partner, managing high-level personal affairs, handling sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintaining a high level of confidentiality.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Professional Experience: A background as a senior executive assistant, personal assistant, director of operations, estate director or chief of staff in a high-level corporate, family or private office setting is preferred.
- Strong Academic Credentials: A bachelor's degree is required.
- Exceptional Organizational Skills: Experience managing complex schedules, high-level correspondence, and multi-faceted responsibilities in a fast-paced environment is highly valued.
- Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to anticipate and address issues as they arise, finding effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Excellent Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with a wide range of individuals.

Salary : $125,000 - $160,000
