Job Title: Personal Assistant
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Personal / Executive Assistant to support the CEO in all aspects of the business. This position requires an individual who is highly organized, proactive, and has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for managing the CEO's schedule, coordinating meetings and events, and providing administrative support for various projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings and manage calendars
- Answer phone calls and emails and take messages
- Take accurate and comprehensive notes at meetings
- Prepare and organize family events and parties.
- Help with daily time management
- Run errands as requested
- Plan travel, including flights, accommodation and ground transportation
- Coordinate events and speaking engagements
- Draft correspondence such as emails and letters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Bilingual proficiently in English and Mandarin
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in the Real Estate industry is preferred
