About the Role
As a Strategy Associate, you will work closely with our Director of Strategy and General Managers across multiple businesses. You will play a key role in finance, operations, legal, IT, product development, and other strategic initiatives, ensuring that our businesses continue to grow and innovate.
Responsibilities
- Market Research & Analysis : Investigate industry trends, especially in accounting / consulting firm M&A, and provide insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Financial Modeling : Build detailed financial models to evaluate potential acquisitions and roll-ups, partnerships, pricing, feasibility, and profitability.
- SOP Development : Establish, document, and refine Standard Operating Procedures to drive operational excellence.
- IT Consulting : Support digital transformation initiatives and advise on technology solutions.
- Human Capital Management : Participate in the hiring, oversight, and development of talent within various subsidiaries.
- Procurement & Cost Optimization : Streamline purchasing processes to achieve cost savings.
- Project Management : Lead and coordinate multiple strategic projects, from consulting engagements to M&A integration.
- Investor & Partnership Relations : Assist in managing business relationships and investor communications.
- Consulting Services : Contribute to client-facing consulting assignments, providing strategic recommendations to external stakeholders.
- Data Analysis & Presentations : Leverage data to generate insights, crafting compelling presentations that support strategic initiatives.
- Execution of Strategies : Carry initiatives through from concept to implementation, ensuring measurable outcomes.
