Start Your Career in Behavioral Health – No Experience Needed!
We will train you to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and cover the cost of the certification process. You’ll gain hands-on experience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities while learning from skilled behavior analysts in a supportive and collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do:
Deliver one-on-one therapy to children using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) – a science-backed approach that helps individuals learn new skills and reduce behaviors that interfere with learning
Build strong, trusting relationships with families and team members as you support each child’s growth
Implement customized treatment plans developed by Licensed Behavior Analysts (LBAs)
Track progress through data collection and support children in reaching developmental, social, and communication milestones
Work in home, community, and clinic settings
We’ll Train You To:
Understand and apply the principles of ABA
Deliver evidence-based strategies to increase meaningful skills
Meet the requirements to become a nationally certified RBT through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
Use professional tools to observe behavior, track progress, and collaborate with your team
