Donut Baker

Job Summary
We are seeking passionate and skilled Donut Bakers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing donuts that delight our customers. You will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and food safety. Overnight Shift: 8PM-4AM, 9PM-5AM

Morning Shift: 3:30AM-11:30AM

Duties

• Prepare and bake a variety of donuts according to established recipes and techniques.
• Decorate donuts with icing, sprinkles, and other toppings to enhance their visual appeal.
• Ensure all products are made with the highest quality ingredients while adhering to food safety standards.
• Package finished products for sale or catering orders, ensuring they are presented attractively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, following all health and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with customers and responding to their inquiries about products.
• Assist in catering events as needed, preparing special orders that meet customer specifications.

Requirements

• Previous experience in the food industry or a bakery setting is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of baking techniques and pastry preparation is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, especially in presentation and decoration of baked goods.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with customers.
• Familiarity with food safety practices and kitchen sanitation standards is essential.
• Utilize strong time management skills to meet deadlines and operational goals.
• Prioritize tasks efficiently to maintain workflow and maximize productivity.
• Implement strategies to reduce time wastage and increase efficiency.
• Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while managing time effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings or weekends as needed.
