Overview
We are a construction service company performing industrial, commercial and residential jobs. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our executive team. The COO will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s ongoing operations and procedures, ensuring operational excellence, and driving strategic initiatives that align with our business goals. This leadership role requires a visionary who can enhance our operational capabilities while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Duties

• Lead the development and implementation of operational strategies that support the company's objectives.
• Oversee budgeting processes, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability across all departments.
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce operational costs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to formulate strategic plans that align with overall business development goals.
• Manage project management efforts to ensure timely delivery of key initiatives and projects.
• Implement change management practices to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational changes.
• Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports on operational effectiveness to the executive team.
• Foster a culture of leadership within the organization by mentoring department heads and promoting professional development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in senior leadership roles, preferably as a COO or similar position within a relevant industry.
• Strong background in operations management, with demonstrated success in budgeting and financial oversight.
• Expertise in strategic planning and business development, with a focus on long-term growth.
• Exceptional leadership skills, capable of inspiring teams and driving organizational change.
• Proficient in project management methodologies, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast trends and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $122,431.00 per year
