Job Description
We are looking for an efficient, courteous and responsible individual who possesses excellent customer service skills and is a certified Pharmacy Technician with at least 2 years experience.
As a Technician with our team you will: Assist patients dropping off prescriptions and picking up medications, answer phone calls, assist patients locating items within the store. You will enter and fill prescriptions, handle insurance problems, compliance package medications and work with patients to encourage compliance and med synchronization. We’re looking for someone who has good communication skills and likes working with people, yet can facilitate all aspects of our policies and procedures concerning the handling of medication. As well as all state and federal laws concerning the handling of prescription medication. To succeed, you should have a strong work ethic and high level of accuracy. You should be responsible, attentive to customer needs, and committed to providing excellent service. Previous experience with RX30, RX Safe, Parata Max, and ICon a plus.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide timely and accurate completion of Customer Service interactions in an efficient and courteous manner
Verify Patient Identity and provide a receipt of items delivered
Communicate with pharmacy staff any pertinent situations that may arise
Maintain HIPAA compliance
Good customer service skills
Basic math skills
Multitasking
