MUST BE ABLE TO COOK DINNER OR MEAL PREP FOR PATIENT AS NEEDED.

Summary
As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will provide essential support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Reporting to a supervising nurse, your role involves delivering patient care, assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), and maintaining a safe environment. Your core skills in caregiving and senior care, along with premium skills in patient observation and memory care, will be vital in enhancing the quality of life for those you serve. Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and attentive care to patients in their homes, assisting with daily living activities (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Ensure patient safety and comfort while adhering to HIPAA regulations.
- Monitor and document patient health status, reporting any changes to the supervising nurse.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, including laundry and light housekeeping tasks.
- Assist patients with mobility and transportation as needed, fostering independence and dignity.
