Job Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing pool construction and renovation projects, coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and our in-house team to ensure timely and high-quality completion. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage pool construction and renovation projects from permitting to final completion.
- Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and the superintendent to ensure smooth project execution.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve project challenges efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Experience in construction project management (pool industry experience is a plus).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of permitting processes and local regulations is a plus.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
