RHD offers a generous benefits package, and this position pays an annual salary of $72,000 PLUS a sign-on bonus of $1500 ($750 paid upon successful completion of 90 days, $750 upon successful completion of 180 days).

Position Summary :
The Program Director is responsible for ensuring the creation of an environment conducive to the provision of service for the individuals supported by the program, including providing supervision to ensure adherence to program regulations. The Program Director is held accountable for ensuring that the program is managed and held to the highest standards, including clinical quality, quality assurance, financial management, funder requirements, recruitment and retention, communications, compliance, revenue cycle, and general program operations.
Essential Duties and Functions :
Supervises program staff, maintaining an organizational culture and services where professionalism, quality care, employee engagement, and empowerment are recognized and rewarded.
Collaborates with the Service line Clinical Directors to ensure that services are trauma-informed and person-centered.
Works with program team and revenue cycle team to ensure that all individuals supported have current authorizations and that all services are documented timely.
Qualifications :
A bachelor's degree from an accredited college with a major in human services or business management. 5 years of experience in a human service agency, including supervision of others, direct service, and program planning. Masters preferred. Spanish speaking and ASL preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements :
Medium lifting requirements : exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly to move objects.
Additional Requirements :
The Program Director will be required to lift, sit, stand, and / or walk for extended periods of time and assist individuals in service with their daily needs.
