Nurse Manager

Pay From: $34 per hour
MUST:
Experienced Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse
3 plus years of Nursing experience
3 years of experience in pediatrics
Must have a BLS/CPR
Must be COVID vaccinated
Must have a valid Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse licensure in VA
Must have experience in triaging and patient advice
DUTIES:
Answering calls from patients
Documenting and escalating calls when needed
Perform and properly document procedures
Administer medications
Act as liaison between provider and patient
Update the medical records for provide review
Call prescriptions in to pharmacies as directed by provider
Assist with procedures utilizing aseptic technique, application of minor dressings, removing sutures, and applying splints as directed by the provider
Maintain medical equipment in proper working order
Assist the provider in emergency situation
Performs patient teaching as warranted
