Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a SSVF Case Manager at Family Promise in Tallahassee, FL. The SSVF Case Manager will be responsible for providing support and assistance to homeless and low-income families, coordinating services, conducting assessments, and developing individualized plans for clients. Some work from home is acceptable in this role.
Qualifications
- Case management, Social Work, and Counseling skills
- Experience in providing support to homeless or low-income populations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of community resources and social services
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, or related field
- Experience with homeless prevention programs is a plus
- Fluency in Spanish or other languages is beneficial
