**Responsibilities**
- Provide high-quality care and support to all guests, maintaining effective, positive, and quality operations at the Resource Center in accordance with Center for START Services and FREE policies and procedures.
- Assist guests in achieving personal goals, working on behalf of guests to overcome barriers, respecting guests' personal beliefs, choices, and interests, and promoting community inclusion and acceptance.
- Provide appropriate assistance to promote health and wellness, communicate with medical professionals, and record information regarding health events, conditions, and status.
- Serve as a role model and mentor, demonstrating socially acceptable behaviors and coaching Resource Center guests to demonstrate same using approved techniques and strategies.
