We are seeking a skilled Fee For Service (FFS) Therapist to join our team, providing high-quality therapy, assessment, and case management services to individuals in need.
Job Summary
This role involves working closely with Clinic Management to deliver exceptional care, adhering to strict quality and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively, promoting our mission, vision, and values while supporting individuals with mental health needs.
- Conduct routine appointments and initial assessments as required, ensuring accurate documentation that meets regulatory requirements.
- Maintain electronic medical records, adhering to mandated time frames and regulatory guidelines.
- Prevent, recognize, and report abuse towards individuals we support, upholding our Code of Ethics.
- Assess and diagnose individuals as needed, utilizing your expertise to develop effective treatment plans.
- Adhere to our organizational policies, maintaining confidentiality and respect in all interactions.
Requirements
- Licensed therapist (LMHC, LMSW, LCSW) preferred; unlicensed candidates with the potential to obtain licensure within one year will be considered.
- At least two years of experience providing individual, group, or family therapy to individuals with mental illness.
- A valid driver's license and the ability to meet agency driving criteria.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary for this position, estimated at $65,000 annually, based on location and industry standards.
