As a DSP, you will play a critical role in supporting individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental illness, and traumatic brain injury to reach their full potential. You will work directly with individuals to identify and achieve their personal life goals, providing support in areas such as communication skills, interpersonal skills, socialization, mobility, community transportation/travel training skills, problem-solving skills, money management, life safety skills, and more.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as experience working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities, mental illness, or traumatic brain injury. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in computer skills and basic grammar and spelling knowledge are also required.
Working Conditions:
This role requires extensive travel and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to FREE's policies and procedures. A valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
