As a Client Success Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the satisfaction and success of our clients. This role combines account management and relationship-building to drive client retention and deliver exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Success Tasks:
- Client Advocacy: Serve as the main contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback, ensuring their needs are met within the organization.
- Account Management: Monitor client accounts, conduct regular check-ins, and address business challenges proactively.
- Scheduling Meetings and Phone Calls with Clients: Coordinate regular discussions to align on client goals, address concerns, and ensure seamless delivery of services.
- Building Client Relationships: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and trust.
- Manages Print Ads, Digital Ads, and Services for Six Markets: Oversee the approval and deployment of client advertising materials across multiple platforms.
- Ensures Client Ads Run on Time: Track ad schedules, upload ROS ads to Broadstreet, and ensure timely execution of all advertising campaigns.
- Feedback Loop: Collect client feedback through surveys and implement insights for continuous improvement.
- Retention Strategies: Proactively identify potential risks and implement strategies to reduce churn while enhancing client satisfaction.
- Keep Box Updated with Client Assets: Maintain organized, up-to-date records of client assets for easy retrieval.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in client relationship management and/or account management
- Familiarity with CRM software and project management tools is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
Work Environment:
This dynamic role involves frequent collaboration with clients, Account Executives, and internal teams. You’ll manage client accounts to ensure high-quality, timely delivery of advertising materials across multiple markets.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
