As a part of our dedicated team, you’ll play a key role in supporting foster families and ensuring that children in our care have the loving homes they deserve.

Responsibilities:
- Assist families through the foster parent licensing process and provide ongoing support to foster families.
- Specialize in providing either licensing or supportive services in high-volume geographic areas of Eastern Iowa.
- In blended roles, provide both licensing and support services in low-volume areas.
- Provide on-call support as required and be available for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Travel within Buchanan, Delaware, and Dubuque counties to meet client needs.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Social Work, Behavioral Sciences, or a related field (preferred: Master’s degree).
- Experience: At least 1 year of related experience (preferred: 2 years of experience, particularly in foster care and adoption).
- Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation with appropriate insurance, and ability to pass a motor vehicle record background check.
Compensation:
- Hourly rate: $21.16 per hour (approximately $44,000 annually).
- Location: Based in Buchanan and Delaware Counties, with travel to Dubuque County.
- Flexible Schedule: Monday–Friday, typically between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, with occasional evening, weekend, and holiday hours as needed.
